Made for the work around your story

Book promotion that starts with the book itself.

Writing a children's book takes care, imagination, and attention. Promoting it brings another set of tasks: introducing the story, preparing cover reveals, writing social media captions, asking for reviews, and organizing a launch.

Occibo will have a dedicated Promotion module, an AI-assisted marketing tool for authors that connects promotional materials to your book's story, audience, and visual direction. Authors and illustrators can prepare a consistent promotional kit as they create a book, then review and adapt the assets before sharing them.

The aim is to help authors prepare marketing assets from book creation to sale, without taking on a second job as a part-time social media manager. Your voice, book details, and decisions remain yours.

Two ways in. One book promotion workflow.

  1. Start with your book

Create your book in Occibo and prepare marketing materials along the way. Already have a manuscript or a published book created elsewhere? The planned workflow also lets you bring that project to Occibo for promotional assets.

  2. Shape your promotional kit

Use your story summary, intended readers, and visual direction to guide book descriptions, social posts, cover mockups, and launch materials. For children's books, explain what the story offers to parents, educators, and young readers.

  3. Review, personalize, and share

Keep the language true to your author voice. Check the details, choose the materials that suit your audience, and prepare them for your author website, social channels, or book launch outreach.

A book launch kit you can keep building on.

Social media assets for authors

Prepare Instagram book promotion posts, Facebook launch announcements, cover reveal captions, and social media graphics for authors. Develop content around your characters, themes, and reader experience so each post has something specific to say.

Book descriptions and promotional copy

Draft book blurbs, listing descriptions, and author website copy. Introduce the premise, reading audience, and emotional appeal with language that fits your story.

Book mockups and launch graphics

Carry your cover and visual identity into promotional materials. The planned visual assets help connect a reader's first impression of a post with the book they will discover.

Launch checklists and review requests

Prepare outreach copy, keyword ideas, and a book promotion checklist. Use them to organize the next steps for a new release or to refresh promotion for an existing title.

Book marketing questions, answered.

Does Occibo help with book marketing?

Yes. Occibo will have a dedicated Promotion module: an AI-assisted marketing tool for authors to prepare Instagram posts, Facebook promotional graphics, book descriptions, blurbs, cover mockups, keyword ideas, review requests, and launch kits. It supports marketing preparation from book creation to launch and sale, so authors can focus on writing without taking on a part-time social media role. The module is in development; join the early-access waitlist.

Can I create promotional assets for a book made outside Occibo?

Yes. The planned workflow also supports authors bringing an existing book created outside Occibo to prepare marketing and promotional materials. You do not need to recreate the book in Occibo. Supported input formats will be confirmed before launch.

What can go into a book promotion kit?

The planned Promotion module covers Instagram book promotion posts, Facebook launch graphics, social media captions, book descriptions, cover mockups, launch announcements, review request copy, keyword ideas, and a book launch checklist. Authors can choose and review the materials that fit their story and audience.

Can I prepare book marketing materials before my book is finished?

Yes. The intended workflow lets authors develop promotional materials alongside story planning and book creation, using the book's audience, themes, and visual direction. Final copy and graphics should be reviewed against the finished book before sharing.

Will Occibo manage my social media accounts?

The planned feature focuses on preparing promotional content and launch materials. Authors choose what to share and where to publish it. Automatic posting, advertising management, and social account management are not confirmed features.

Are the book marketing tools available now?

Occibo is in development and accepting early-access waitlist registrations. The book marketing tools are planned capabilities, and launch timing and final supported formats have not been announced.
